If you change software you will not have access to your previous accounting information. Although their terms of service say that once you cancel you can still access your information, this is false. I have tried on many occasions to correct this issue with their Customer service with no return calls or follow up.. I was a Customer for 10 years and during that time they more than tripled the price.

William Tardy, I agree with you. No service or support, keeps asking money, I have been using over 20 years.
